UFC 310 Odds and Predictions

This weekend’s card is the last chance to bet on a UFC PPV in 2024. Here are the latest UFC 310 odds, courtesy of Bovada Sportsbook.

FavoriteUnderdogWeight Class
Alexandre Pantoja (-245)Kai Asakura (+205)Flyweight
Shavkat Rakhmonov (-400)Ian Garry (+300)Welterweight
Ciryl Gane (-370)Alexander Volkov (+285)Heavyweight
Bryce Mitchell (-900)Kron Gracie (+575)Featherweight
Nate Landwehr (-138)Doo Ho Choi (+117)Featherweight

Nate Landwehr (-138) vs. Doo Ho Choi (+117)

The UFC 310 main card starts with an exciting Featherweight fight between Nate Landwehr (-138) and Doo Ho Choi (+117). This fight has the closest odds of any bout on the main card of this PPV. This fight could steal the show as neither fighter is a stranger to Fight and Performance of the Night bonuses.

Landwehr is a -138 favorite, but he has been the more active fighter by a significant margin. He has fought eight times since joining the UFC in 2020. Choi, on the other hand, has only fought twice since his loss to Charles Jourdain in December 2019.

Both fighters are skilled strikers, but I would give the edge to Landwehr. He is 4-1in his last five fights, and Landwehr has finished three of his opponents in that span. Landwehr will win and push for a top-15 UFC ranking

  • Prediction: Nate Landwehr -138

Bryce Mitchell (-900) vs. Kron Gracie (+575)

Another exciting Featherweight fight for UFC 310 pits Bryce Mitchell (-900) vs. Kron Gracie (+575). Mitchell (16-2) is a heavy favorite and has significantly more experience than Gracie (5-2). On the other hand, Mitchell has lost two of his last three appearances in the Octagon.

Gracie, as his surname suggests, is a dangerous submission artist. All five of his career wins have come via submission, and his two losses have both been decisions.

Mitchell is a skilled grappler in his own right, submitting opponents in nine of his 16 career victories. His other seven wins all came via submission. This should be a grappling masterclass where anything can happen, and I think Gracie is worth the risk on Saturday.

  • Prediction: Kron Gracie +575

Ciryl Gane (-370) vs. Alexander Volkov (+285)

This weekend’s UFC PPV card also features an exciting Heavyweight matchup between Alexander Volkov and Ciryl Gane. Volkov is a +285 underdog in the UFC 310 odds heading into this fight. Secure sportsbooks list Gane as the -370 betting favorite for this Heavyweight matchup.

Gane (12-2) could put himself back in title consideration with a win this weekend. He is 2-2 in his last four fights, but both of his losses were in title fights. Volkov has won four straight and has the size and power to knock out anyone in the division.

Despite his physical advantages over Gane, Volkov lost their first matchup by decision in June 2021. The loss was unanimous, and all three judges scored the fight 29-28 for Gane. Since their first fight, Gane is just 3-2, including a submission loss to Jon Jones.

Volkov is 5-1 since losing to Gane, with his only loss coming to the current Interim Heavyweight Champion, Tom Aspinall. He finished three opponents during that stretch, bringing his career total to 28 (24 KOs, four submissions). A second shot at Gane with three years to adjust will be enough for Volkov to beat the Frenchman this time around.

  • Prediction: Alexander Volkov +285

Shavkat Rakhmonov (-400) vs. Ian Garry (+300)

The co-main event of UFC 310 is one of the most anticipated matchups in recent Welterweight history. Shavkat Rakhmonov (18-0) will face Ian Garry (15-0) in a five-round fight between undefeated fighters. Bovada lists Rakhmonov as the -400 favorite over Garry (+300) for this fight.

Rakhmonov and Garry are ranked third and seventh in the division, respectively. In addition to remaining unbeaten, the winner of this fight could be the number one contender for Belal Muhammad’s Welterweight belt.

The oddsmakers favor Rakhmonov, and it is easy to see why. Although he is two inches shorter, Rakhmonov has a three-inch reach advantage over Garry. Rakhmonov also has a perfect finish rate, with eight KOs and 10 submission wins in his 18 career fights.

Garry is the underdog but should not be counted out of this fight. The Irishman has eighth career finishes, including seven knockouts, and has consistently found a way to win every fight he has been in. I think Rakhmonov will win, but Garry offers plenty of intrigue at +300 odds.

  • Prediction: Shavkat Rakhmonov -400

Alexandre Pantoja (-245) vs. Kai Asakura (+205)

The UFC 310 main event is a Flyweight title fight between Alexandre Pantoja (-245), the current champion, and Kai Asakura (+205). Pantoja won the belt at UFC 290, beating Brandon Moreno by split decision, and this will be his third title defense.

Asakura (21-4) is a veteran, but he is likely unknown to many UFC fans. The talented striker has been with RIZIN since 2017, and this will be his UFC debut. Asakura has 13 KOs and three submission wins in his career.

Pantoja, conversely, has been one of the staples of the UFC Flyweight division for nearly a decade. He debuted in 2017 and has earned a 12-3 record inside the Octagon. Pantoja has won six straight fights but has not finished an opponent since UFC 277, his last fight before becoming champion.

If Pantoja cannot put Asakura away, the champion could be in trouble. Asakura is a dangerous striker with 13 KO wins, including back-to-back victories with knees to the body. Despite his skills on the feet, I think the step up in competition from RIZIN to the UFC will be too much for Asakura to overcome, for now.

  • Prediction: Alexandre Pantoja -245
