This guide highlights the latest Super Bowl 59 odds from the best football betting sites. I will tell you the current Big Game odds for the top contenders in the AFC and NFC. Also, I break down each contender’s chances of making the Super Bowl this year in New Orleans.

The Chiefs’ starters have not played since Christmas, but their odds to win the conference have continued to improve. Kansas City’s odds to win the AFC have shortened from +145 to +130 at Bovada ahead of the divisional round.
Baltimore and Buffalo have the second- and third-best odds at +225 and +230, respectively. The Ravens passed the Bills in the current AFC winner odds ahead of their matchup on Sunday. Houston has the longest odds at +1700, an improvement from their +2200 odds at the end of the regular season.
The Texans could significantly alter the AFC and Super Bowl odds if they upset the Chiefs this weekend. However, beating Kansas City will be nearly impossible, as the Chiefs have not lost a postseason game since the 2021-2022 season. The Chiefs are 8.0-point favorites over the Texans and are all but guaranteed to make their seventh consecutive AFC title game.
Buffalo is the only team to beat Patrick Mahomes this season, and the Bills would be a tough matchup for KC. On the other hand, the Ravens are an equally tough matchup for the Bills. If Baltimore clips the Bills this weekend, the Chiefs’ path to a third straight AFC title will be much more open.

The Lions remain atop the NFC conference winner odds boards. Detroit has shortened from a +130 favorite to -105, and the Lions have the best Super Bowl 59 odds. However, Philadelphia is hot on the Lions’ tails, moving from +350 to +160 odds to win the conference.
Los Angeles and Washington both secured upsets in the Wild Card round. Despite their efforts in the first round, the Rams and the Commanders are still long shots to win the conference. LA is listed at +600, with Washington having the longest odds of any team to win its conference at +1150.
Detroit is the clear favorite, but they face a tough road to the franchise’s first Super Bowl. Jayden Daniels and the Commanders are a tough out, especially with the Lions’ defensive injuries. The Lions would then, most likely, have to take down the Eagles.
Philadelphia’s passing game has struggled, but the Eagles’ rushing attack has largely been unstoppable. Saquon Barkley has dominated opposing defenses this season, including racking up 300+ scrimmage yards against the Rams in Week 12. If he stays healthy, Barkley can carry the Eagles to their second conference title in the last three years.

Detroit and Kansas City are tied for the best odds to win Super Bowl 59 at +300 each. The co-favorites are closely followed by the birds, Philadelphia (+425) and Baltimore (+450). Buffalo round out the top five at +550, the longest odds of any team hosting a playoff game in the divisional round.
Los Angeles and Washington have the longest odds in the NFC at 15-1 and 25-1, respectively. Houston has the longest Super Bowl betting odds of any remaining team at +4500.
Kansas City’s Super Bowl 59 odds improved without the two-time defending champions even playing a game. They face the easiest matchup of the divisional round against the Texans. Meanwhile, Baltimore and Buffalo, the Chiefs’ two biggest threats in the AFC, will battle it out for the other championship spot.
The Chiefs will beat whichever team comes out on top in Buffalo. The only thing standing between Kansas City and a third straight Lombardi will be the NFC championship, which, as mentioned above, I think will be the Eagles.
Mahomes and company beat the Eagles two years ago in the Big Game, and they will do it again this year. Kansas City would also match up well against the Lions if Detroit makes good on its NFC title odds.
