Tampa Bay Buccaneers on the Right and the Philadelphia Eagles on teh Left

There are great 2024 NFL playoff odds for every game on Super Wild Card Weekend, including Monday’s Eagles vs. Buccaneers game. The two teams in the final game of the Wild Card round will square off in prime time.

You can bet on the NFL playoff’s final opening-round game in a variety of ways. Picking the best bets for this NFC matchup is easy to do if you know what to look for.

Keep reading to see the best Bucs vs. Eagles odds for Monday’s Wild Card game. I will break down my favorite debts and give you free betting predictions for this playoff matchup.

Best NFL Playoff Bets for Bucs vs. Eagles

The NFC South champion Tampa Bay Buccaneers (9-8) will host the Philadelphia Eagles (11-6) in the final game of Super Wild Card Weekend. Tampa Bay won the South by defeating the Panthers 9-0 in Week 18. The Eagles, on the other hand, are limping into the playoffs after starting the season 10-1 and then losing five of their last six.

Jalen Hurts Anytime TD Scorer (-125)

The first wager on my list of NFL best bets for Monday is for Jalen Hurts to score a TD in this game. He is listed at -125 to be an anytime TD scorer in Bovada’s latest odds for this game.

Hurts suffered a hand injury in the Eagles’ Week 18 loss to the Giants. However, he has played hurt for most of the year. So, I do not think that an injured finger will keep him from running the ball as often as he typically does.

Assuming that the “Brotherly Shove” is in the game plan, then Hurts is almost a lock to score a TD this weekend. Hurts has at least one rushing TD in 11 of his 17 starts this season. He scored once on the ground in Philly’s Week 3 win against the Bucs in Tampa.

Tampa Bay has a good run defense, but the Tush Push is virtually unstoppable. So, I would take this bet for Hurts to score at least one TD on Monday.

Mike Evans 80+ Receiving Yards (+120)

Veteran WR Mike Evans is a big reason why the Bucs made the 2024 NFL playoffs. Evans secured his 10th straight 1,000-receiving-yard season to start his career. His 1,255 receiving yards were the most he has had in a season since 2018.

Most football betting sites have Evans listed at over/under 67.5 receiving yards for this contest. However, Bovada also has an alternate receiving yards prop for Evans to have 80+ receiving yards at +120 odds. You can also bet on Evans to have 100+ receiving yards at +240 odds.

Philadelphia’s defense has been terrible all season, and it has only gotten worse down the stretch. The Eagles have allowed 4,551 passing yards, the fifth-most in the NFL this season.

Evans had just 60 receiving yards when these teams met in Week 3. However, I think he can get to at least 80 receiving yards against a slumping Philly defense that has been decimated by injuries.

Prediction:

Mike Evans 80+ receiving yards (+120)

Baker Mayfield 300+ Passing Yards and Buccaneers +3 (+550)

The Buccaneers are three-point underdogs at home for this game. However, given how bad the Eagles have looked lately, I would not be surprised if Philly loses. I think the Buccaneers can at least cover.

Tampa +3 points only has -110 payout odds. But Bovada has a special bet available for this matchup that combines the Bucs’ point spread with Baker Mayfield’s total passing yards.

Baker is listed at over/under 236.5 passing yards, but I think he can easily cover that against Philly’s porous defense. Bovada has alternate lines for Mayfield, and you can bet on him to have 300+ passing yards at +375 odds. You can combine this total with the Bucs’ point spread and get +550 odds.

I think the Buccaneers can at least cover the spread, and I would not be surprised if they won outright. Also, I think Baker can have a productive day against one of the worst defenses in the league. I would place a small wager on this special bet using Bovada’s 2024 NFL playoff odds.

Prediction:

Baker Mayfield 300+ passing yards and Buccaneers +3 (+550)

Dallas Goedert 1+ TD and Philadelphia Win (+307)

Another special wager that I like for this matchup is for Dallas Goedert to have at least one TD and for the Eagles to win. Goedert is listed at +240 to be an anytime TD scorer in the latest NFL playoffs odds. Philly is also a -160 road favorite in this matchup.

As I mentioned above, I do think that the Buccaneers have a good chance to cover the spread at home. Luckily, the Eagles just need to win outright for this bet to hit.

Also, I think that Goedert has a great chance to score in this game. Both A.J. Brown and DeVonta Smith are beat up heading into this matchup. So, Goedert will need to pick up a lot of slack for the Eagles’ offense to be productive on Monday.

Prediction:

Dallas Goedert 1+ TD and Philadelphia wins (+307)

Rachaad White Over 91.5 Total Yards (-115)

Next on my list of NFL best bets for this Monday night playoff game is Rachaad White’s total scrimmage yard bet. Sports betting sites have the Bucs’ RB listed at over/under 91.5 total rushing and receiving yards for this playoff game.

White has at least 93 scrimmage yards in 10 of his 17 starts this season. However, he had just 62 total yards against the Eagles in Week 3.

I think White can have a much better outing this time around. Philly has suffered a lot of injuries on the defensive side of the ball throughout this season. The Eagles’ run defense has suffered as a result.

White’s receiving yards also coin toward his total for this wager. I think that he can get close to 100 yards total and should easily cover the over in this total scrimmage yards prop bet.

Prediction:

Rachaad White over 91.5 total yards (-115)

Jake Elliott Over 6.5 Total Kicking Points (-110)

The Eagles need all of their players to be at their best if they want to make another Super Bowl run this season. That includes their special teams and their kicker, Jake Elliot.

Bovada has Elliott listed at over/under 6.5 total kicking points ahead of this game. Both his PAT and field goal points would count toward his total in this bet. Elliott has been one of the most accurate kickers in the league this year, missing just two field goals and one extra point.

The biggest questions with this bet are how many attempts and which types of kicks Elliot will get to attempt. He would need just two field goals and one extra point to cover the over in this bet. Elliot had three FGs and two PATs, totaling 11 points, in the Eagles win in Tampa in Week 3.

As I mentioned above, I think that Dallas Goedert and Jalen Hurts will both score in this game. That would give Elliot at least two PAT tries. If he can also get two field goal attempts, then he will easily cover the over in this total kicking points bet.

Prediction:

Jake Elliott over 6.5 total kicking points (-110)

Best Same Game Parlay for the Latest Bucs vs. Eagles Odds

Bovada has dozens of other bets available for the final game of Wild Card Weekend in the 2024 NFL playoffs. You can also design your own bet using the sportsbook’s parlay builder.

Parlays allow you to combine your favorite wagers into one bet. These bets are more challenging to win, but you are rewarded with significantly improved payout odds.  Here is one example of a parlay you can build using the NFL best bets for Monday’s game that I discussed above.

  • Jalen Hurts anytime TD scorer (-125)
  • Mike Evans 80+ receiving yards (+120)
  • Rachaad White over 91.5 total yards (-115)
  • Parlay odds: +640

Two of the three legs in this parlay are favored to happen in the eyes of the oddsmakers. The only leg with plus-money odds is for Evans to have 80+ receiving yards against Philly’s depleted defense. I would take this three-leg same-game parlay for Monday’s Wild Card matchup.
