Divisional Round Playoff Odds
Eight teams will compete this weekend for one of the four spots in the conference championship round. Here are the latest playoff odds for this year’s NFL divisional round weekend.
Houston Texans vs. Kansas City Chiefs
Team | Point Spread | Moneyline | Total |
Houston Texans | +8.0 (+100) | +390 | Over 41.5 (-115) |
Kansas City Chiefs | -8.0 (-120) | -550 | Under 41.5 (-105) |
The second round of the NFL playoffs starts with a matchup between the Texans and the Chiefs. Kansas City is laying 8.0 points in the latest betting odd for this NFL playoffs matchup. The Chiefs beat the Texans in their Week 16 matchup, winning 27-19 at home.
Kansas City’s starters have not played since Christmas Day, so Patrick Mahomes and company will be well-rested. Mahomes is undefeated in the divisional round and has made the AFC championship game every year of his career. This year will be no different, and the Chiefs will take care of business against Houston this week.
- Prediction: Chiefs -8 -120
Washington Commanders vs. Detroit Lions
Team | Point Spread | Moneyline | Total |
Washington Commanders | +9.0 (-105) | +425 | Over 56.0 (-110) |
Detroit Lions | -9.0 (-115) | -600 | Under 56.0 (-110) |
After the Chiefs make their postseason debut, the Lions will follow suit. Detroit, the NFC’s top seed, hosts the Commanders this weekend. Washington upset Tampa Bay last week and is a 9.0-point road underdog against the Lions on Saturday.
Jayden Daniels was impressive in playoff debut and is weeks away from being named the Offensive Rookie of the Year. His impressive run will end this weekend, though. The Lions will win a shootout at home to advance to their second consecutive NFC Championship Game.
- Prediction: Commanders +9 -105
Los Angeles Rams vs. Philadelphia Eagles
Team | Point Spread | Moneyline | Total |
Los Angeles Rams | +6.0 (-110) | +225 | Over 43.5 (-120) |
Philadelphia Eagles | -6.0 (-110) | -275 | Under 43.5 (+100) |
Sunday’s playoff matchups start with LA taking on Philadelphia. The Eagles are 6.0-point home favorites in this rematch from Week 12. Philly won their first matchup 37-20, and Saquon Barkley racked up 300+ yards of offense against the Rams.
The Rams’ defense is coming off a dominant performance against the Vikings, sacking Sam Darnold nine times. LA will hold up better against Barkley this time, but not well enough to defeat the Eagles. Philadelphia wins and covers the 6.0-point spread against the Rams on Sunday.
- Prediction: Eagles -6 -110
Baltimore Ravens vs. Buffalo Bills
Team | Point Spread | Moneyline | Total |
Baltimore Ravens | -1.0 (-110) | -120 | Over 51.0 (-110) |
Buffalo Bills | +1.0 (-110) | +100 | Under 51.0 (-110) |
The NFL schedule makers saved the best divisional round matchup for last. Buffalo is a 1.0-point home underdog against the Ravens in the final game of round two. Lamar Jackson and Baltimore beat Josh Allen and the Bills 35-10 in their Week 4 matchup.
Jackson and Allen are the top MVP candidates this year, but only one can advance to the AFC title game against the Chiefs. Buffalo is the tougher matchup for the Chiefs, but Baltimore is equally as tough for the Bills.
This matchup will come down to whether the Bills can stop Derrick Henry. “King” Henry racked up 209 total yards in their first matchup, including 199 yards on the ground. The Bills will once again fail to stop Henry, and the King will carry Baltimore to a win on Sunday.
- Prediction: Ravens -120
Best NFL Divisional Round Props
In addition to the NFL playoff bracket betting options above, Bovada also has thrilling prop markets for every divisional round matchup. Here are my top five props for this weekend.
Travis Kelce Anytime Touchdown Scorer (+120)
Travis Kelce only had three touchdowns in the regular season, making 2024 one of the least productive seasons of his career. The Chiefs used Kelce sparingly throughout the regular season, but Taylor Swift’s boyfriend is always productive in the postseason. He is listed at +120 to score this Saturday against Houston.
Kelce has not played since Christmas, when he had eight catches for 84 yards and a touchdown against Pittsburgh. He had five catches in the Chiefs’ Week 16 matchup against Houston, but Kelce did not find the endzone. Kansas City has had plenty of rest, and Kelce will score against the Texans this weekend.
Austin Ekeler Over 51.5 Rushing and Receiving Yards (-115)
Detroit will win on Saturday, but Jayden Daniels and company will not go down without a fight. Brian Robinson Jr. has hit a slump recently, so Daniels will need Austin Ekeler to carry the running back load. Ekeler is listed at over/under 51.5 total scrimmage yards for Saturday.
Ekeler has at least 10 touches in five of his last six starts. He has also exceeded 51.5 total yards in four of those games. Detroit’s injured-depleted defense will struggle to contain Washington’s offense, and Ekeler will cover his scrimmage yards total this weekend.
Jalen Hurts Anytime Touchdown Scorer (-125)
Philadelphia’s passing attack struggled this season, but the Eagles’ rushing attack has been nearly unstoppable. Jalen Hurts finished the regular season with 18 rushing touchdowns, the most of any quarterback. He is listed at -125 to score again this weekend against the Rams.
Saquon Barkley will be the driving force behind the Eagles success on Sunday. However, most of Hurts’s scores came from the patented Tush Push at the goal line. Hurts has vultured multiple scores from Barkley this season, and he will add another one to his record on Sunday.
Josh Allen Over 239.5 Passing Yards (-115)
In the battle of MVP favorites on Sunday, the Bills’ only chance to win is if Josh Allen is the best quarterback in the game. Allen historically plays well in the playoffs. He is listed at over/under 239.5 passing yards for this week’s game against Baltimore.
Allen only had 180 passing yards in the Bills’ Week 4 loss to the Ravens in Baltimore. The Ravens’ defense has also improved significantly since that early season matchup. Despite that, Allen will cover his passing total as the Bills do their best to keep up with Baltimore’s offense.
Derrick Henry Over 95.5 Rushing Yards (-120)
The other side of this marquee matchup also features plenty of stars, including Derrick Henry. Baltimore needs Lamar Jackson to avoid his usual postseason collapse, and Henry will be a major part of that. The King had 199 rushing yards against Buffalo in Week 4, but Bovada only lists him at over/under 95.5 rushing yards for the rematch.
Buffalo allowed 115.5 rushing yards per game this year, the third-most of any remaining playoff team. Henry averaged 113 rushing yards per game this year and has had at least 138 yards on the ground in four straight games. It will be cold in Buffalo on Sunday, so Henry should see more than enough carries to cover his rushing yards total.
