Free agency has had a huge impact on many NFL teams’ Super Bowl 59 odds. It is still early in the offseason, and games that matter will not be played for nearly six months. But it is never too soon to start betting on the winner of the next Big Game.

You can bet on the Super Bowl online and wager on the latest odds at any time. Keep reading to see the latest Super Bowl 59 betting odds after the first wave of free agency. I will break down the early Big Game odds and tell you the best sportsbooks to use to make your Super Bowl futures.

Early Super Bowl 59 Betting Odds

Super Bowl 58 ended with the Chiefs claiming their second Lombardi in as many years. This upcoming season, the reigning champs will have a chance to become the first team to win three straight Super Bowls.

Kansas City has the shortest early Super Bowl 59 odds, but other teams are closing in after making big moves in free agency. Here are the updated Big Game odds, courtesy of Bovada Sportsbook. Teams are listed according to where they ranked among the other teams in their division.

Division Favorite Runner Up Second-Worst Odds Worst Odds
AFC North Ravens (+1000) Bengals (+1100) Steelers (+3300) Browns (+3500)
AFC East Bills (+1100) Jets (+2500) Dolphins (+3000) Patriots (+17500)
AFC South Texans (+2000) Jaguars (+4500) Colts (+6000) Titans (+20000)
AFC West Chiefs (+450) Chargers (+2500) Raiders (+8000) Broncos (+10000)
NFC North Lions (+1400) Packers (+2200) Bears (+4000) Vikings (+5500)
NFC East Eagles (+1200) Cowboys (+1800) Giants (+12500) Commanders (+12500)
NFC South Falcons (+2000) Buccaneers (+6500) Saints (+10000) Panthers (+25000)
NFC West 49ers (+600) Rams (+2500) Seahawks (+7000) Cardinals (+8500)

Kansas City Chiefs (+450)

Most sports betting sites listed the Chiefs as +450 favorites to complete the three-peat after their victory in Super Bowl 58. Kansas City has not made any splashy free agency moves, but it did re-sign or tag a few of its own stars. Travis Kelce and Taylor Swift have also done their best to make the most of the offseason.

Despite their lack of moves, the Chiefs are still listed at +450 and are the betting favorites to win Super Bowl 59. Kansas City did add WR Marquise Brown, a former first-round pick. Catching passes from Mahomes will be Browns’ best chance to live up to his draft stock at the NFL level.

San Francisco 49ers (+600)

The favorite in the NFC is the San Francisco 49ers (+600). San Francisco has taken a similar approach to KC this offseason, focusing on keeping its own players rather than signing big-name free agents. Some stars, like DT Arik Armstead, had to be let go, though.

San Fran did add some free agents, such as DE Leonard Floyd and LV De’Vondre Campbell. These talented veterans should help the 49ers make another run at the Big Game as they attempt to avenge their loss from last season. San Fran came up short in Super Bowl 58, losing to the Chiefs 25-22 in OT.

Philadelphia Eagles (+1200)

Philadelphia’s Super Bowl hangover did not kick in until midseason last year. The Eagles started 10-1 but finished the season 11-6 before going one-and-done in the playoffs. Bovada has Philly listed at +1800 at the start of the offseason.

The Eagles signed RB Saquon Barkley to help out the offense and spent a lot of money rebuilding its defense this offseason. Despite the loss of Center Jason Kelce to retirement, the team’s Super Bowl 59 odds have shortened from +1800 to +1200.

Atlanta Falcons (+2000)

Another team whose Early Super Bowl odds have shortened dramatically this offseason is Atlanta. At the end of February, the Falcons were listed at +5000 to win Super Bowl 59. Now, football betting sites have Atlanta listed at +2000.

The Falcons signed quarterback Kirk Cousins to a four-year, $180 million contract. If Cousins can return to form from his Achilles injury, Atlanta should easily win the NFC South. The Falcons have the eighth overall pick and could add serious talent in this year’s NFL Draft.

Houston Texans (+2000)

One AFC team whose Super Bowl 59 odds have shortened in recent weeks is the Texans. Bovada had Houston listed at +2500 three weeks ago. C.J. Stroud and company are now listed at +2000 to win it all this season.

The Texans traded out of the first round in the upcoming draft, but they have still added talent this offseason. RB Joe Mixon should be a productive back and provide Stroud with another weapon to use in his sophomore season. Houston made it to the Divisional Round this past season and could make a title run if Stroud improves on his Rookie of the Year campaign.

Miami Dolphins (+3000)

Not every team has improved their Super Bowl 59 betting odds through free agency. The Dolphins, for instance, were listed at +2000 to win it all next season just three weeks ago. A lackluster free agency has caused Miami’s odds to fade to +3000.

The Dolphins lost a lot of talent on defense, including All-Prop CB Xavien Howard and standout DT Christian Wilkins. That will put more pressure on Tua and the offense to produce. That could be easier said than done in a loaded AFC.

Pittsburgh Steelers (+3300)

Last and probably least, there is the Steelers. Pittsburgh was listed at +6000 before free agency to win Super Bowl 59. The Steelers rebuilt their QB room, and their odds have shortened to +3300.

Rebuilt is a strong term. After all, Russell Wilson and Justin Fields are two of the most sacked, least-winning QBs in recent years. If one of them can just be a top-20 QB, though, then the Steelers’ defense should be good enough to at least carry them to a playoff bid.
