Color of Tie During Georgia Arrest or Surrender
- Red (-250)
- No tie (+400)
- Blue (+800)
- Black (+800)
- Any other color (+1200)
- Yellow (+2000)
- Green (+2500)
Trump has been hit with four indictments so far this year. The latest mess stems from his alleged interference in the 2020 presidential election results in Georgia. Trump and 18 others were charged in the indictment, and they have until August 25th to turn themselves in.

If he wants to avoid a major incident, then Trump will surrender. You can wager on the color of the former President’s tie thanks to this prop from BetUS.
A red tie (-250) is the favorite, according to the latest odds. Red is the color of the GOP, so it would make sense for Trump to wear it for the photo op. The option with the second-best odds is for Trump to not be wearing a tie (+400) at all.
I think Trump will sport a tie, so if you want to bet against the favorite, then I would pick either blue or black. Both options are tied for the third-best odds at +800. Black would make the most sense to me because blue is the color of the Democrats.
Trump is wearing a black tie when he turns himself in/is arrested in GA (+800)
Number of Guilty Counts From Georgia Indictment
- 0-2 (+280)
- 3-10 (+350)
- 11-13 (-240)
The Georgia indictment includes 19 individuals, so not all of the charges are assigned to Trump. He faces a total of 13 charges in the indictment. BetUS has Trump favored to be found guilty on most -if not all – of the charges.

Some of the charges Trump faces in the Peach State include:
- False statements or writings (2 counts)
- Filing false documents
- Violation of Georgia RICO Act
- Conspiracy to commit impersonating a public officer (2 counts)
The oddsmakers at BetUS have Trump favored to be found guilty on at least 11 of the 13 counts. Given the evidence, I would stick with the betting favorite on this one.
There is value in taking the 3-10 (+350) option, though. If the favorite misses by just one, you can get a huge boost in betting odds. If you are torn between the two, then placing a small bet on the 3-10 option may be the best option.
Trump is found guilty on 11-13 counts in the Georgia indictment (-240)
Total Guilty Counts From January 6th Indictment
- 0 (+550)
- 1-3 (+450)
- 4 (-500)
Trump also faces charges stemming from the January 6th incident at the US Capitol. The former President faces a total of four charges stemming from the failed insurrection attempt.
- Conspiracy to defraud the United States
- Conspiracy to obstruct an official proceeding
- Obstruction of an official proceeding
- Conspiracy against rights
Oddsmakers have the former President favored to be found guilty on all four counts (-500). No one would blame you for taking the favorite here. But I think the 1-3 (+450) is worth considering.
Three of the charges should be relatively easy to prove. However, the conspiracy against rights charge dates back to Enforcement Act, which was passed following the Civil War. it is one of the few surviving parts of the act.
No prosecutor is perfect, and the difference in payout odds here is substantial. Trump could avoid this Civil War-era charge and still get stuck with the other three. I would take the 1-3 charges (+450) option because I think it offers the best value and has a good chance of being the correct outcome.
Trump will be found guilty on 1-3 counts in the January 6th indictment (+450)
Guilty Counts From Classified Document Indictment
- Fewer than 10 (+225)
- 10-33 (+700)
- 34 or more (-250)
BetUS also has odds available for Trump’s classified documents case. He faces a total of 40 charges in the case. There were originally only 37 charges, but three more were added to the indictment in July.
"I equate Donald Trump to Bill Clinton in this regard," @GovChristie said in June of Trump's Manhattan hush money indictment. "They're both scoundrels with women. We knew that when we elected them."

For this wager, BetUS once again has Trump favored to be found guilty on most of the charges he faces. The 34 or more (-250) is the favorite. However, the fewer than 10 option has the second-best odds at +225.
The option with the longest odds is the 10-33 (+700) option. A big reason for this is that 32 of the charges are for unlawful retention of national defense documents. The prosecutor’s ability to prove these charges will largely decide the outcome of this bet.
With so many guilty counts stemming from the same action, it is hard to bet the middle ground. With that in mind, I would pick the favorite in this wager.
Trump will be found guilty on 34 or more counts in the classified document indictment
Total Guilty Counts From Hush Money Indictment
- Fewer than 5 (+200)
- 5-24 (+250)
- 25 or more (-125)
Last but not least, Trump was also indicted on charges of allegedly paying hush money to adult film star Stormy Daniels. He faces 34 felony counts of falsifying business records in the indictment. Trump is alleged to have paid the actress $130,000 to keep their affair quiet.
According to oddsmakers at BetUS, Trump is favored to be found guilty on at least 25 of the charges (-125) in this indictment. The fewer than five option is listed at +200, with the 5-24 option a close third at +250.
At just -125, the favorite still offers reasonable payout odds. My second choice would be the 5-24 option since it covers the most possible outcomes. But I would go with the favorite here because the minimum threshold is relatively low.
Trump will be found guilty on 25 or more charges from the hush money indictment
